Powering Transport Fleets with Smart Tech – Bridging the Digital Divide, One Mile at a Time

The IntelliFleet Network (IFN), powered by KLOUDIP, is a technology-first ecosystem built to transform the way transport fleets operate. Through intelligent telematics, platform automation, and real-time data sharing, IFN connects licensed transport providers to a smarter, more profitable, and digitally driven future. This policy governs the terms under which members access and utilize IFN’s services and technologies.

IFN empowers cargo and passenger transport fleets—including 3rd-party subcontractors—by offering scalable, pay-as-you-go solutions that drive efficiency, revenue, and inclusivity in transport logistics.

- Bridge the digital divide in the transport sector through affordable technology.

- Empower fleet operators with automation and real-time visibility tools.

- Streamline the supply chain by connecting clients with digitally equipped transporters.

- Enable client-fleet collaboration via unified platforms, reducing operational overhead and manual processes.

- Foster equality in technology access, regardless of fleet size or ownership model.

Membership is exclusively technology-focused. Operational or industry representation is not part of IFN’s scope. Membership grants access to:

- IFN's core telematics hardware and platforms.

- IFN's real-time data sharing and automation systems.

- Tools like EPORT (for cargo transport) or GOFERX (for passenger transport).

- Optional tech add-ons: fuel sensors, temperature monitoring, route planning, maintenance logs, etc.

- Open to licensed fleet operators, fleet owners, or authorized transport coordinators (including subcontracted fleets).

- Valid for 1 year and renewable annually.

- Membership fees are calculated per connected vehicle.

- Two pricing tiers:

- New Vehicles: IntelliFleet-Onboard with full membership fee.

- Migrated Vehicles (with existing compatible telematics): IntelliFleet-Active with a discounted membership fee.

5.1 Consent for Data Use:

By enrolling in IFN:

- Members authorize IFN to collect, access, and process vehicle telematics and operational data.

- Members consent to share vehicle data with clients through IFN platforms to facilitate real-time fleet visibility, transport coordination, and performance insights.

5.2 Platform Exclusivity:

- Connected vehicles must interact with clients only via IFN platforms.

- Vehicles not actively serving clients can be temporarily unshared from visibility.

5.3 Third-Party Vehicles:

- If a member provides or manages third-party vehicles under their IFN membership:

- The member assumes full responsibility for those vehicles.

- All shared data and operational compliance for these vehicles are bound by the same rules as the member’s own fleet.

6.1 Core Package (Bundled with Membership):

- Core telematics device(s).

- Full access to IFN monitoring platforms.

- Access to EPORT or GOFERX (depending on transport type).

6.2 Optional Technology (Discounted Add-ons):

- 50% off: Fuel sensors, temperature sensors, and associated analytics dashboards.

- 25% off: All other optional tech (camera integrations, alerts, custom reports, etc.).

- Installation charges, if applicable, must be borne by the member.

6.3 Hardware Ownership & Lifecycle:

- All hardware provided free of charge remains property of IFN for a minimum of 5 continuous membership years.

- Technically faulty devices will be replaced by IFN during active membership.

- Physical damages, battery damages and lost units will be the member’s responsibility and will be invoiced at market price.

Members must:

- Keep connected vehicles in good operational condition to ensure uninterrupted data flow.

- Monitor platform dashboards daily and act on hardware alerts promptly.

- Assign vehicles for service via IFN platforms to maximize tech utility.

- Ensure that staff are capable of using digital tools and report issues without delay.

Failure to monitor, respond, or maintain digital operations can result in membership suspension.

IFN ranks members quarterly based on:

- Platform engagement (usage, task assignment, responsiveness).

- Fleet uptime and hardware status.

- Data quality and client feedback.

Rankings are published in the IntelliFleetNet Magazine, helping clients identify and engage with highly responsive, tech-savvy fleets. Members also receive space to:

- Showcase fleet updates.

- Advertise available capacity or services.

- Promote digital achievements.

IFN reserves the right to:

- Suspend or terminate membership due to misuse, policy violations, or consistent offline status.

- Recover or invoice any IFN-provided hardware if membership ends prematurely or hardware is not returned.

This policy is binding upon acceptance and applies to all members from the date of enrollment. It constitutes the full agreement between the Member and KLOUDIP (operator of IFN) and supersedes all prior understandings.
