Role Overview

As a Techno-Commercial Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for promoting and selling KLOUDIP’s SaaS platforms along with related IoT hardware and services to customers across global markets.

This role combines technical understanding and commercial acumen, requiring the ability to understand customer requirements, prepare proposals, and close deals in a consultative sales environment.

You will work closely with product, technical, and operations teams to deliver solutions that meet customer needs.

Key Responsibilities

Solution Sales

  • Promote and sell KLOUDIP’s SaaS platforms and IoT solutions
  • Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions
  • Present product capabilities and value propositions to clients

Proposal Development

  • Prepare detailed techno-commercial proposals
  • Structure pricing for SaaS subscriptions, hardware, and services
  • Customize proposals based on customer requirements and use cases

Customer Engagement

  • Engage with potential customers via email, virtual meetings, and calls
  • Build and maintain relationships with local and international clients
  • Respond to inquiries and convert leads into business opportunities

Sales Coordination

  • Work with internal teams including product, technical support, and operations
  • Ensure smooth onboarding of new customers
  • Coordinate with partners and distributors where applicable

Market Development

  • Identify new market opportunities and customer segments
  • Contribute to global sales strategies
  • Support digital and outbound sales initiatives


Candidate Profile

Required

  • Strong communication and presentation skills in English
  • Ability to understand both technical and business requirements
  • Experience in sales, business development, or customer engagement
  • Strong proposal writing and documentation skills
  • Commercial mindset with focus on results

Preferred

  • Experience in SaaS, IoT, telematics, or technology solutions sales
  • Exposure to international markets or global clients
  • Understanding of subscription-based business models
  • Technical background (IT, Engineering, or related field)
